𫧠skin care daddy đ«§

â pairing: satoru gojo x afab!reader â summary: your skin's been breaking out recently and you're stressed at work and you have your sister's wedding to attend in a week. according to the internet, this is the best spa in town, and you're lowkey desperate at this point...it can't be that bad right? â tags: modern au â warnings: penetrative sex, unprotected sex, oral sex (f!recieving), facial, dirty talk, fingering, flicking the bean?? idk â a/n: guys i swear i am cooking in the kitchen with the asks from my follower event AND other shit OK!! sorry for the wait on everything but here is a little crumb bc i love u all!! i was feeling unhinged bc i saw two things: 1) a spa called skin care daddy and 2) a post or one shot where the reader got a facial from gojo and it cleared her skin. idk i just felt inspired to make this bc it felt the universe was asking me to. not proofread some plot with corn u know the vibes babes xx â word count: 7k+
"sorry, we're all booked for this weekend and the next. we usually recommend that our customers book 3 weeks in advance for our services at the ritz carlton luxury spa." the lady on the other end of the line was objectively speaking very politely, but you were far too frustrated with your situation to notice.
"great, yeah, no, thanks." you say quickly, hanging up the phone and groaning into your pillow.
"no luck at the ritz?" you turn to face your best friend, nobara.
"they're all booked, what a surprise!" you say sarcastically, your voice still slightly muffled by the pillow.
"i mean, c'mon, y/n. your face is not that bad..." nobara tries and deeply fails to comfort you, making you chuckle half heartedly.
you get up from your bed and walk over to the full body mirror of your closet in order to get up close and personal with your face. your fingers stretch on the skin around your breakouts as you study them with determination, as if just willing them to be gone will do the trick. it doesn't.
"it's bad enough that all the aunties will say something snarky to me all day."
you're usually one to always follow through on your skincare routine, am and pm, and watch what you eat carefully so that you don't get breakouts. but you recently went through a rough patch (read: a hellish period) and your face took the brunt of the damage. it wasn't your fault you were having massive cramps and craved hot cheetos the entire week (it was so worth it) but now, a week before your sister's wedding, you're facing the consequences.
you sigh. the ritz was the fifth place you guys called that didn't have any space for an all day facial, but you couldn't run out of hope. back to the drawing board.
you open up your laptop and get back to searching on google maps, as nobara does the same thing. you're grateful she's helping you out during your, albeit, dumb crisis, but what are girl friendships for? a spa you've never heard of before suddenly catches your eye and you zoom in. skin care daddy? you read the finer print underneath it. best day spa in tokyo.
you snort. best day spa in tokyo my ass. if it really was the best day spa in tokyo, why have you never heard of it?
nobara laughs, almost on cue. "wait, dude, are you seeing this spa?" she turns her phone around and you see she's also looking at skin care daddy. "this has to be a joke, right? no way would they be allowed to open up a spa named that, right?"
"ohmygod, i was just looking at that!" you say excitedly. "it literally sounds like a sex bot made it for unsuspecting horny losers to click on and get like, a crazy virus." you both laugh at how ridiculous this place sounds.
nobara's laugh almost abruptly stops as she scrolls down the place. "wait, stop. this place has like...over ten thousand reviews and a 4.9 star rating..."
you immediately click on the place and take a closer look at the reviews and ratings and see she's right. "i don't think i've ever seen a place have this many reviews with consistent ratings?" your brows scrunch as you read aloud some of the top reviews.
"this spa has given me the some of the best facials of my life. i always come to this spa whenever i'm in the area, and the people working there are obsessed with taking care of their customers. 10/10" you're baffled by the review sounding so...weird but you think nothing of it. you make a mental note that you are kinda desperately looking for a miracle facial to help with your breakouts, so maybe you shouldn't count this place out just yet.
nobara half heartedly scoffs as she reads the next one. "i've had chronic acne and back pain for years until i saw someone from here who made me feel soo good. you'll be coming here all the time once you go. maybe even multiple times a day."
"how good can this place be if you have to go multiple times to make sure your spa treatment worked?" you say, rolling your eyes at these reviews. "these can't be real right?"
"they sound incentivized or like someone paid them to write it or somethin'" nobara surmises.
"maybe it's a cult or something," you say, causing both of you to double over in laughter.
"a cult disguised as a spa is a bit too insane, even for tokyo." nobara says as she scrolls through and skims more reviews. "aren't you looking for a facial anyway? everyone's saying they're really good here...you know...despite the..." she gestures with her hands the reviews on her phone.
"ugh, am i for real that desperate for clear skin that i'm willing to go to a shady ass day spa?" you roll on to your back on your bed and stare at the ceiling, contemplating.
"can't be that shady if it's ten thousand reviews. say what you want but that's a lot of reviews to pay money for."
nobara has a point. you grab your laptop and try to look for a link to their website and see they don't have a website. interesting. not a red flag but just interesting. maybe i have to call for bookings? you search for a phone number, but fail to find one.
"wait, are you able to find any contact for this spa?" you ask noabra and you see her squinting her eyes at the phone.
"no i wasn't but i saw a review that basically said this spa is a walk-in type of deal?"
"it's a walk-in but has thousands of reviews? how does that even work? people are probably waiting years in line to get in?"
"dunno," nobara shrugs, and puts her phone back in her pocket. "maybe it's like a 'if-you-know-you-know' type of thing so it's like popular through word of mouth of somethin'"
damn. even more shady, then. you chew on your lip and stare at the ceiling again, trying to imagine all the things your aunties will say to you at the wedding.
"27 and still unmarried? shame."
"oh, you really need to watch your diet, the breakouts will never go away otherwise."
"clear skin is the first step to find a man who will desire you, y/n."
you feel like your skin is burning thinking about the so-called "advice" you're likely to receive at the wedding. normally you wouldn't care, but your hormones have been kind of out of wack with the new birth control you started recently, and you're not sure if you can really take any form of bullshit other than your sister's this weekend.
your thoughts are interrupted by nobara getting up from your chair. "alright, i'm off to work. need a ride to skin care daddy?"
"yeah, actually," you say as you slowly get out of your bed and change our of your pajamas.
"wait, what?!" nobara says with wide eyes. "i was actually joking when i said that. are you seriously gonna go? y/n, i dunno about this one..."
"c'mon! it's like you said, it's weird but it's not necessarily shady..." you say, mostly trying to convince yourself as you put on a pair of your favorite lazy girl black flared yoga pants.
nobara seems to consider it for a moment before responding. "kay, fine. but if i take you there and it's some abandoned warehouse-"
"then we'll drive away. no way in hell i'm about to die for this place." you assure nobara, putting her at ease.
you quickly don a thrifted gray hoodie and put your hair up in a messy bun. you don't care to put on any makeup, since you're probably gonna have to take it off anyway. if the day spa isn't shady and in an abandoned warehouse.
you quickly grab your keys and wallet before gesturing to nobara to leave. she sighs, looking at her phone one more time.
"fuck it, let's go before i change my mind."
"okay it says it's just right around the corn-"
"OH MY GOD?!" you're unable to hold back your disbelief as nobara took the corner to, what you think, might the chicest and prettiest boutique you've ever laid eyes on. the front was adorned with a gorgeous light blue awning with european style bell-shaped pendant lights making it almost glow during the day time.
"what the hell...ain't no way..." noabra is at a loss for words for how fancy it looks. "they have the money to rent out a place like this but no website?"
"or have a phone number." you mumble as you open nobara's car door. you turn around and give her a quick wave. she tells you to give her a call and tell her how it is after and you promise to do so. as nobara drives off, all the skepticism evaporates from your body looking at the dainty and cute decor all over the place.
you walk in to a fairly large lobby, with a desk in the middle and waiting chairs surrounding it. the calming scent of lavender, green tea, and patchouli hits your nose, and your guard immediately drops; the aroma relaxes you almost instantly.
you look around and are surprised to see only two other women in the waiting chairs on their phone. one of them seemed older, kind of like a mother, and the other seemed to be your age, but far more demure.
"hey, there! welcome to skin care daddy! we're determined to take care of you all your needs, no matter what! how can i help you today?" your head whips around to the guy sitting at the reception desk, and you feel a bit embarrassed; he must've noticed how lost you looked here, and you force yourself to straighten up and regain your composure as you slowly walk to the front desk. you take a closer at the guy with shaggy black hair sitting in the chair in front of you.
"hi..." you squint to see the faint print on his name badge. "yuta".
"yup! that's me!" he chirps. you know he probably has to exaggerate his good mood for the sake of the job but it kind of irks you. "what can i do for you today, miss?"
"yeah, uhh...what services do you guys offer? i tried looking online but you guys didn't have a website and..." your wandering eyes can't help but look around skeptically around the front desk and the doors on either side of the lobby.
"well, we offer whatever you need, miss. just tell us what you're looking for and we'll have it. i guarantee it."
"okay, well. my sister's getting married next weekend and..." you gesture to your face. "my life has been all sorts of stressful and hormonal so honestly, i'm just looking for something that can help me feel refreshed-"
you're interrupted by someone entering in from the right side of the lobby door. it's a woman who, you must say, looks glowing. her skin is bright and she quite looks like she's almost levitating. guiding her out of the spa is a young man, around your age, with blond hair and round glasses. he's unbelievably built, with strong hands rubbing her back softly and a chiseled jaw. he's wearing what you think is the uniform of this place: white dress shirt with the top two buttons undone and black slacks.
your breath gets caught in your throat momentarily. no fucking way. this guy works here? he's so fucking...hot. you have to force your eyes to tear away from him as you try your hardest to focus back on your conversation with yuta.
yuta chuckles as he follows your gaze. "ah, yes, mr. nanami is a customer favorite esthetician here. anyway, seems like you're going through a rough time and you came to the perfect place! normally, i would recommend the oxygen facial, but since you said you have a wedding..." yuta types something on the computer for a bit. "personally, i would recommend the full body tokyo special."
you're not entirely what an oxygen facial is, nor what the tokyo special is, and you feel even more stupid asking this guy who seems to be in college for more information.
"um, sorry, what's a full body tokyo special? i think i just need a really good facial."
"oh no worries, miss. i apologize. the full body tokyo special consists of a hands-on full body aromatherapy massage and our famous milkbomb facial, which'll do wonders for your skin." he winks at you. why did he wink at you?
you're unable to think about whether or not you even wanna do anything here when a group of men barge in through the left door of the lobby, laughing loudly, before lowering their voices.
one of the men is a dark haired man, seemingly a little older than the other two and yourself, but also very much ripped just like mr. nanami. you tried not to stare at the skin tight black shirt he wore that attenuated his pecs but miserably failed. he took the quickest glance at you and gave the faintest smile, revealing a slight scar on the left side of his lip. a scar that makes him sexier? you've gotta be kidding me. you follow his gaze to the older woman you saw sitting here when you came in, who know looks completely enamored by the man.
"there's my favorite mama," the man coos, holding an arm out for her as she skipped to him. he leads her to the other door, and you could hear them giggling and talking, as if this wasn't the first time they've seen each other.
"aight, see ya later, man." the other dark haired man said to his friend, before making eye contact with you, and then giving a slight smirk to yuta. he heads straight to the demure girl you saw when you walked in, and holds his hand out to her and she blushes and grabs it.
"th-thanks for seeing me again, geto-san." the girl says so softly that you have to strain your ears to listen.
"i told you to call me suguru..." you hear him joke as they disappear behind the door.
"like what you see?" you turn your head to the last guy, who now is far too close for your liking. you take a small step back, which makes him chuckle.
"yuta-kun! who do we have here?" the man asks boisterously. despite being indoors, he's wearing dark circled sunglasses. what a douche.
"oh, hey gojo-sensei. this is..." yuta looks at you, waiting for you to say your name.
"y/n." you say a bit too late, still trying to process the barrage of attractive men that just showed up all at once and what they had to do with the spa.
yuta starts filling in the man about what you were looking for, as you take in the man who's intently listening to him. he has white hair, and is wearing the same uniform as mr. nanami was, with three buttons undone and his hair slightly disheveled. he's also really tall. like really tall. like he towers over you easily tall. but also, just as well built like everyone else.
what is this place? you knew men could work in salons and parlors and spas, but this place seemed to be exclusively run by them. and not just any men, really attractive men. and what's worse is that you were not complaining. sure, it's a bit weird but there's really no other choice for you at this point.
"ahh, the tokyo special, huh?" he says, turning at you and giving you a bright smile which you suspect he gives to everyone who comes in here. "nice choice."
"he's the one who chose it, and i'm not even sure if i want it." you say, pointing to yuta, and trying your hardest to stand your ground. you have to really make sure this spa treatment is actually gonna help and not just a scam for your money.
"well, he chose right. i've never seen you here before, so you must be new here, right?" you nod, suddenly feeling really small and embarrassed about your attitude before. god, you're never one to behave badly in front of service workers. the hormones are really doing a number on your mood. maybe you could benefit from this "tokyo special".
he leans down to meet your eyes and takes off his sunglasses, and youâre face to face with the most gorgeous ocean blue eyes you've ever seen. through an almost hypnotic effect, you feel much calmer than you did before, and more trusting of him. "well, lucky for you, i've got an opening right now. i'll help you feel right at home." he gives you a wink, and you can't help but feel there's some other hidden meaning behind what he says.
"umm...well..." you say, holding on to the thin strings of your resolve.
"gojo-sensei is the best masseuse and esthetician here, especially for first timers like yourself, miss y/n. i guarantee you'll leave the establishment more than satisfied with his work." yuta assures you with a smile.
and with that, your resolve completely dissolves and you nod and hand him your credit card and he takes the information. gojo touches the small of your back ever so slightly, and you hope he doesn't feel you shiver at his touch.
"he just loves kissing up to me so he can get a full time job here after college. i'm his favorite cousin, after all." he says, making you giggle as you walk through the two panel doors into the spa.
"thanks for taking me in during your opening, mr. gojo." you say politely, feeling grateful as he leads you down the corridor of the neat, clean, and minimally decorated hallway.
"i think you're gonna be the one taking me in," gojo mumbles under his breath while opening the door to a room that looked like a doctor's office. a single lavender massage table greets you with small cabinets on either side.
you're unable to catch what he said. "what? did you say something?"
"i said call me satoru. no need to get so formal with me, i'm just some dude who works here." he chuckles. he locks the door as you sit up on the massage table awkwardly, unsure of how you should be positioning yourself or what exactly he was planning.
gojo goes to the corner and pulls out a fluffy white bathrobe and hands it to you. you're blown away by how soft it feels in your hands -- luxury at it's finest, you guess.
"okay, i just have a quick questionnaire i need you to fill out, probably will take around a minute," he says, as he grabs a clipboard with a pen attached to it from another drawer and takes a seat on a padded lab stool. he rolls closer to you until his long slender legs are almost touching your calves.
"alrighty here...okay, first questionâŠâ the questions gojo reads off are normal enough, with various clauses consenting to the spa treatment, confirming your age, and so forth. they donât start getting weird until later. âok last three, weâre almost done.â you notice a shit-eating grin on his face as he scribbles your answer to the previous question. âokay, are you a virgin?â
âwhat?!âÂ
âare you a virg-â
âi heard you the first time. what kinda question is that? thatâs so invasive, what the hell are you play-â youâre ready to give an entire speech to this guy about how inappropriate and irrelevant the question is.Â
âitâs fine if you donât wanna answer it, i just canât continue the treatment if you donât.â gojo says this so simply and nonchalantly, as if the question was about your favorite color, and not an intimate detail about your sexuality.Â
âokay, fine. not a virgin.â you cross your hands in irritation.Â
ânotâŠa...virginâŠâ you hear him say under his breath as he scribbles something you cannot see on his clipboard. you try leaning forward to see what heâs writing (and if there really was a question like that on the questionnaire but he quickly pulls it closer to his chest, giving you a teasing smirk. âare you on birth control?â
ây-yes?âÂ
âgood to know. last question: got any STDs i need to know about?â
oh, for fuckâs sake. this is ridiculous. does he think youâve never been to a spa before? the usual thai place you go to never asks this many questions. âdo you have any STDs i need to worry about? what is this? 20 questions?â
âyou can ask them to me back, iâd be happy to answer them.â he says calmly with a coy smile. âin fact, iâll answer them right now. no, no, and no.â
you sign in defeat. âno for me too.â maybe this is what happens when a place has like, ten thousand 5 star reviews on google maps. they just ask the weirdest questions. thereâs a small voice berating yourself for folding so easily regarding his questions, but whatever. youâre ready to get this treatment over with.Â
âokay, take off all your clothes and wear the bathrobe. do you want me to step outside?â
what the hell kinda question is that? of course, heâs supposed to step outside? âum, yeah?â you say it almost obviously, not feeling bad about the attitude thatâs coming out of you.Â
gojo raises his hand in surrender. âsorry, just askinâ...â he grabs his clipboard and steps out of the room, saying heâll be back in five minutes for the warm up massage. you quickly undress yourself. you have a feeling heâs the type to come in within seconds of knocking on the door without checking to see if youâre decent. youâre unsure where to place your clothes other than the table next to the cabinet so you neatly fold them, hiding your underwear and bra within the folds of your yoga pants and sweatshirt.Â
just as promised, gojo shows up five minutes later with one knock before welcoming himself in. heâs holding a dark colored glass bottle filled with a calming essential oil for massaging, and turns on the diffuser in the room.Â
âthanks for undressing,â he says, looking at the neatly folded pile of clothes on the counter. âalright, hereâs how this is gonna go. iâm gonna give you a nice full body massage to loosen your muscles up, and then we do the facial last, sound good, princess?âÂ
your skin tingles at him calling you that nickname, but you ignore it. thereâs no way i can let my mind wander like that when heâs giving me a massage. you nod your head in agreement, and lay on your back slowly, fidgeting with the ends of your bathrobe so that youâre not totally exposed to him. gojo slowly hovers his hands over you and lightly touches your stomach, patting it to get your attention, but it causes you suck in a breath a bit too loudly.Â
âgotta go on your stomach for me for this one,â he says, urging you to flip around. âgonna undo this, okay?â he tugs at the knot you made on your bathrobe and you nod. he slowly undoes it, and you feel exposed as your breasts peek out through the sides. you cross your legs almost immediately, feeling incredibly exposed in front of a fully clothed gojo.Â
you quickly turn on your stomach before he has a chance to take in your body. you feel his cold fingers slowly expose your back, as he stops right before the hump of your ass. you hear him squeezing out some of the oil and warming it up in his hands as he gets to work on your back.Â
you suck in a sharp breath between your teeth as his cold fingers explore the knots on your back.Â
âcold isnât it? youâll get used to my fingers, promise,â he says sweetly, as he hits a spot on your back thatâs been particularly bothering you as of late. itâs too late when you let out a moan, and you hear him chuckle. âhit the right spot, didnât i?â
he continues to undo the knot on your back, and moan back a breathy affirmation as you continue to try (and fail) to hold back your noises. âf-fuck, gojo, that feels s-so goodâŠâ you say in between his movements.Â
you feel his hot breath in your ear. âtold ya to call me satoru, donât forget it next time, princess.â this time, the nickname goes straight to your pussy. itâs hard to cross your legs when youâre on your stomach and feeling delirious with the pleasure that came from the pressure of his slender fingers.Â
unbeknownst you, your soft moans are slowly making their way down to gojoâs member, as he gets harder by the second. he doesnât want to make it so obvious just yet â heâs just getting start after all. he canât just blow his load this close into the session, but youâre sure as hell giving him a run for his money.Â
âfeel good?â you moan in response. gojo slowly inches his fingers down closer and closer to your ass, until it reaches the hem of your bathrobe covering it. âgonna move this down so i can do your legs, yeah?â
gojo will admit, he was a bit too excited to see your ass as he removed your bathrobe down before you could give a proper âyesâ but it didnât matter when youâre soft breaths were giving him the answer he needed. it takes everything in him to not knead the rounds of your perfect ass (he swears your cheeks were made for his hands) and move straight to your calves.Â
he slowly massages the soles of your feet and calves with the oil as he moves closer to your thighs, all while relishing in your sweet moans. once heâs at your thighs, the real fun begins. gojo knows this routine like the back of his hands.Â
you hear him sigh in confusion. âis everything okay?â you turn your head slightly to see him.Â
âsorry about this princess, but youâre gonna have to spread your legs a little bit for me. itâs hard to get every inch of you warmed up, otherwise.â
you obey him almost too easily, and shift your thighs so that thereâs more room for him to touch with his fingers. gojoâs hands reach up to slightly cup your ass, before his thumbs slowly slide into your inner thigh, lightly massaging you.
your breaths are getting shallower and louder, and you pray he doesn't go any closer to your pussy so he doesnât see how soaked you are. youâve never had a massage like this before, but you also donât want him to stop.Â
gojoâs fingers play with the space of your inner thigh before he spreads you apart, exposing you. you breath catches in your throat, and he performs the next part of his act.Â
âweâve got a pretty unconventional way of massaging our clients, princess.â you hear his voice straining. âgotta make sure youâre relaxed everywhere, but you gotta let me take care of you. think you can do that? all you have to do is relax, and let daddy do everything for you.â you can hear the lust dripping from his voice, but to be honest, you couldnât give a shit at this point.Â
ây-yeah, please, satoru, whatever you want. please, i justâŠi just feel so good right now,â you say, your eyes shut tight, and your hips practically squirming under his touch. you think you might go insane if he doesnât touch you there in the next second.Â
hook, line, and sinker. whoâs gojo to deny your request? he graduated top of his class at his cosmetology and esthetician university, after all. his fingers glide almost too easily between your folds as he starts playing with your throbbing core. he can feel how needy your pussy is for his hands as he spreads your slick all over your core.Â
the pleasure immediately gets caught in the pillow that muffles your moans. fuck, so this is what all the reviews were talking about. you feel his fingertips dancing around your clit and you want to shout at him to pay attention to it.Â
âs-satoru~ p-pleaseâŠi need you right thereâŠâ you say in between your moans.Â
âwhere? here?â gojoâs finger taps your clit lightly, and it makes your entire body twitch with pleasure. he has to press down on the small of your back to keep you place as his fingers rub circles around your bundle of nerves, making you whimper. you unconsciously grind your hips against his fingers, trying to get close to your release.Â
âneed a better angle. face down, ass up.â gojo commands, and your body conforms to his words. you prop your lower body up with your knees while your face is sideways against the head of the massage table. he uses this now better angle to really rub his fingers into your folds and bundle of nerves, sending electricity throughout your body. you feel the dam building up inside you and threatening to break.Â
âsatoru~ iâm-iâm getting c-closeâŠah~â you hands grip on to the sides of the massage table as you brace for the earth shattering orgasm to rip through you, and with gojoâs deft fingers, youâre on cloud nine in no time.Â
your body slumps back down and your eyes roll back as the vibrations of your release still radiate through your body. you hear your pulse pumping through your head as you try to catch you breath, but you feel gojoâs now warm hands flip you on your back, and his face inches from yours.Â
âyou took that so well, princess. weâre not done, yet. thereâs still another part of your body that needs to warm up.â you donât have time to process what he means as he inserts two fingers into his mouth and then deep inside your entrance. your gasp is muffled by his mouth connecting to yours, hard, teeth and all. his fingers are long, and they easily find your sensitive g-spot as they curl upwards and bully your internal bundle of nerves. itâs quite embarrassing how quickly youâre ready for another release, and how hungry your entrance was for his finger, practically sucking them in and clenching around them immediately.Â
âf-fuck~ iâm about to-â you donât get to finish your sentence, as another orgasm rips through your body. gojo kisses you again to block your moans, and your hands wrap around his neck to pull him even closer to you. he playfully bites on your lower lip as you ride out your release on his fingers.Â
gojoâs kisses turn into soft quick pecks as your breathing steadies and your eyes can focus again. âweâre not done yet,â he teases, slowly taking his slick coated fingers out of you.Â
you donât even have the energy to respond back as he flips you on you back. through heavy eyes, you look back up at him, biting back a moan as he restarts rubbing circles on your extremely sensitive clit. he needs to take off his shirt and fuck you already.Â
âneed something?â gojo teases, sensing your neediness from just your eyes.Â
âtake off your shirt, dumbass.â you say through gritted teeth.Â
âtry again.â he presses harder on your clit, and you let out an unsanctioned yelp through your teeth.Â
âf-fuck~ please take off your shirt, dumbass.â
he smiles. âwell, if you insistâŠâ he rolls his eyes, feigning inconvenience, but the slowly growing tent in his pants says otherwise. gojo unbuttons his shirt, revealing a perfectly sculpted torso. now this is just unfair.Â
âgeez, my eyes are up here.â he teases, smirking at you as you quickly meet his eyes and feel your face flush. he unbuckles his belt and you slowly sit up from the massage table. youâre overcome with the urge to touch him, everywhere. you hook your finger to the belt loop of his pants and pull him closer to you.Â
gojo smirks as he wraps his arms around hips and leans down to kiss you deeply. you feel your core ache for his touch again as his tongue explores your mouth again. you trace his perfectly sculpted torso, the indents of his abs slightly sweaty to your touch. your hands slowly make their way to the zipper of his slacks, but gojo immediately grabs your wrist to stop you from taking them fully off.Â
ânot just yetâŠâ he murmurs in between kisses. while his lips are still locked on you, he slowly pushes your body back on the massage table and starts kissing down your bare stomach, the measly bathrobe long since discarded somewhere on the floor. gojo leaves small wet kisses along your body until he reaches your inner thighs.Â
you suck in a breath as you involuntarily spread your legs for him, earning an enthusiastic hum from gojo, whoâs still continuing to leave a trail of kisses that are inching closer and closer to where you need his mouth to be the most. âp-please~â you moan, your eyes closed in bliss.Â
âplease what, princess? use your words,â gojo coos, coming face to face with your soaking wet core. he blows on the sensitive bundle of nerves, causing your legs to twitch.
you canât stand his fucking teasing but you need to be eaten out, so bad. âf-fuck y-you, gojo~â you say, pushing your core up to his face, trying to aim for his mouth before he easily pushes your hips back on the table. you hear him tsk in disapproval, and tears welling up in your eyes in desperation. âplease, your tongueâŠinside meâŠplease~â you whimper weakly.Â
âsince you begged so nicelyâŠâ gojo says before he immediately plunges his tongue inside you, almost making you scream. his tongue expertly explores your folds and sucks on your clit, making you inadvertently grind on his face. âyâtaste so delicious, princess,â he says between licks as he eats you out like itâs the last pussy on earth.Â
his ministrations with his tongue has you teetering on the edge in record time, and youâre threatening to spill within minutes of him eating you out. as the third wave of pleasure washes over you, you donât have the energy in you to ask for permission as you feel your body tingle in the aftermath of it. you think you made a mess all over the massage table and gojoâs face, but you donât have it in you to care as your eyes roll back.Â
you feel gojo unbuckle his belt and take off his slack and underwear, exposing his hard member in his hands. you can see the precum leaking out the tip as you weakly lean on your elbows to prop yourself up.Â
âsee, princess, all those questions did have a reason after allâŠâ he says in between breaths as he strokes himself, looking at your naked glistening body. you spread your legs further in anticipation of feeling him. âbut there you were, being such a fuckinâ brat about answering themâŠâ gojo says, eyebrows furrowing as he brings his tip closer to your core and you bite your lip in anticipation.Â
âguess you better fuck the attitude outta me, then?â you say, looking up at him through heavy lidded eyes filled with mindless lust. you donât even care about the consequences or who hears or even if you get your facial â you just need him. every part of your body craved him.Â
gojo wastes no time at your suggestion, his tip entering you as you let out a lecherous moan. you feel the initial pain of his larger than average member tearing your tight entrance apart, and bite back a moan. gojo grits his teeth as he lets out a steady throaty groan.Â
âfuck, princess. so fuckinâ tight. sure youâre not a virgin?âÂ
âsâtoo much satoru, y-youâre hugeâŠahh~âÂ
âtoo bad, princess.â he says, surprising you as he starts thrusting agonizingly slowly into you, bottoming out and effectively reaching the sensitive spot inside you. pain slowly turns into pleasure as you indulge in the feeling of your g-spot getting kissed by his member â the spot that you can never reach by yourself using your own fingers. Â
âf-faster, please~â you urge gojo, and he obliges almost immediately, quickening his pace. he bullies your sloppy and wet core, as he watches your titties bounce with every thrust. unlike most people his age, itâs times like this where gojo realizes he really fucking loves his job.Â
he reaches out and gives your titties a rough squeeze while he remains unrelenting in his pace. he feels your pussy clench around him, and he knows youâre close, and if heâs being honest, so is he. but he cannot cum just yet, and definitely not before you do. gojo abandons your titties and slides down his fingers to your clit as he starts rubbing inelegant circles around it, getting you closer and closer to the edge.Â
you feel the dam breaking once again as the combination of him rubbing and fucking you comes to a climax. the orgasm travels to every corner of your body, as you see stars in your vision while gojo fucks your brains out. you hold on to his shoulders to steady yourself. based on how sloppily gojo is getting, you can tell heâs about to get close, too. youâre about to brace for him to finish inside you, when he abruptly pulls out, earning him a confused look from you.Â
âlay down,â he commands more than asks, as he hastily pushes your chest down on the massage table. your sweaty skin sticks to the faux leather, but you donât pay attention as he moves to the side of your face, holding his soaked member near it.Â
gojo starts stroking his throbbing leaking member sensually, and you innately open your mouth and stick your tongue out. so this is the facial? the dots connected in your head at the same time gojoâs ropes of warm cum decorated your face â chin, cheeks, mouth, and all. you hear gojoâs throaty groans as he finishes on you and make sure not a single drop that gets on or near mouth gets wasted, swallowing pridefully.Â
gojo leans closer to your ear as he catches his breath from his climax. âthatâs the milkbomb facial,â he says cheekily, and you canât help but giggle. you both take a couple more seconds to catch your breath. you watch gojo as he puts on his pants and tucks in his shirt, looking like he didnât just fuck the shit out of you. he runs his fingers through his hair quickly as he goes to the counter and pulls out a warm eucalyptus towel as he takes his time to gently wipe your face and body.Â
âthat was fun,â you murmur, looking at the ceiling, finally understanding what the reviews you read about this earlier place meant. you definitely came here, multiple times in one day for sure.Â
gojo chuckles as he goes over to wash his hands and you notice his forearms are glistening with your release. âthatâs why weâre the best spa out here, princess.â
you notice your legs shaking slightly, but you manage to hop off the massage table, slightly dazed. gojo notices and helps you get on your feet and put on your clothes. the entire activity is soft and gentle compared to how he was just a couple minutes before.Â
everything that you both have done in the past hour finally dawns on you, and you suddenly feel very shy despite whatever the contrary happened on the massage table. itâs so awkward now, like, what do you guys even talk about now? does he do this to everyone? is this their entire schtick?
âdo youâŠdo this with all your clients?â you whisper to him as you follow him out into the hallway to the exit. you cross your hands tightly to your chest, as if itâs shrouding you from other people finding out what happened in the room behind you.Â
âah, iâm not one to kiss and tell.â gojo puts his hands in his pockets and glances back at you, giving you a quick wink as you follow behind him, trying to keep up with him as he turns corners.s
âoh, so you do do this everyone, huh?â you challenge, your shyness slowly melting away with gojoâs playful tone..Â
âdid you enjoy it?â
a pause from you.. âyes.â
âthen donât worry about it, kitten.â gojo pauses before he opens the door and turns to you. âlisten, i wouldnât mind if you came here again for the tokyo special, you know. iâll even give you a discount, too.â he says earnestly.Â
you let out a giggle. âoh? a discount?â
âyeah, the tight pussy discount.â
âshut up!â you say, and you playfully smack his shoulder, and you both laugh.Â
âso⊠is that a yes? iâll see you next week?âÂ
you bite your lip. âmaybe, i dunno.â you give him a wink before opening the door, and you both know fully well that youâll be back on the massage table again in no time with gojo pounding into you.Â
needless to say, gojo wasnât lying when he said they were the best spa in town because by the time your sisterâs wedding came around, your face was quite literally glowing.Â
âwow! y/n â youâre just looking so radiant today! whatâs your secret?â an auntie whoâs name you cannot remember gleams, looking at you.Â
you smirk, and try to hold back the heat from flushing your cheeks. âoh, just a really good facial,â you say. technically, youâre being honest, right?
âjesus, dude. is this all from skin care daddy?â nobara says, as the tenth person from the wedding compliments your skin.Â
âyou have no idea. they really know what theyâre doing.â you say nonchalantly. you pull out your phone and text a recently saved number.Â
you: got any slots for a tokyo special tomorrow?
within minutes you get a response:Â
gojo: u know i do babygirl. btw a new guy just joined our spa. hope itâs cool sukuna joins to observe đ

aka. becca was inspired by her love for starface patches and wrote this in her sleep deprived state !! hope you enjoy anyway loves <33
breakouts suck.
itâs a universal fact, one you think would be impossible to argue with no matter who you are. nothing can truly make them enjoyable, per-se, but you believe youâve found a way to bring a hint of amusement to the infuriating spots: colourful pimple patches. more specifically, ones shaped like stars that came in an array of colours for you to choose from.
gone from sight are the unwanted guests on your face, replaced by a smattering of mini yellow, purple, and pink stars that dust your forehead, chin, and nose.
another bonus? your boyfriend seems to be pretty fond of them, too.
jack is currently cuddled up to you, head resting against your chest, when he lifts his head to admire you for a moment. brows furrow, and a finger extends to poke at the star sitting on the bridge of your nose.
âi meant to ask you, baby. what are these?â he asks, voice tinged with mirth. âtrying out a new look?â
you snort, swatting gently at his hand that begins to peel at one of the patches in curiosity.
half of you wants to mess with him, come up with some crazy, convoluted reasoning behind the stars gracing your face. the other part of you is far too tired to think of something right now, and to deal with his consequent onslaught of questions and excitement.
âha ha.â your tone is dry, but your eyes give you away, soft as you look back at him. âtheyâre pimple patches. supposed to stop you touching them while they heal, or something like that.â
your nose scrunches a little at the explanation you provide, and jack produces an âahâ of understanding.
âi like them. âs like your own personal little constellation,â he supplies, toothy grin stretching wider as he makes a point of lightly poking each star, tracing their pattern to map out his own galaxy.
âyeah. my own constellation,â you echo, surprised at just how sweet your voice comes out, the short word thick and syrupy like honey.
as he finally reaches the sticker sat on your chin, you part your lips and playfully nip at his finger, letting out a laugh at his disgruntled look.
âthatâs for poking at them,â you declare, pressing a kiss to the pad of his finger to placate his pout. âi put them on to stop myself from messing with them, and look what happens.â
âcan you blame me? sitting there looking all pretty with some colourful stars on yâface and you expect me not to touch them?â
before you can respond, jack speaks again.
âand just for the record, iâm so stealing those from you.â

DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDAAAAAAAATE (FOAMS AT THE MOUTH AND FALLS OVER) WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FORWARD TO BESTIES?? GINGERBRAVE GOING SUPER SAIYAN AND SOLOING LONGAN? LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOO
DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE DRAGON UPDATE-
I waited 3000 years for this moment... Never kill yourself
I will say I'm disappointed that they're using the same Title Event style as usual. BUT! I appreciate that they tried to spice it up by adding a Hard Mode with new maps included. Plus, next update will see a return to rhe Labyrinth style event (like in Dessert Paradise), which will be such a relief. I miss the fuck out of the old main events, man. They were all so fun and unique. I genuinely don't know why they changed it to the exact same boring coin collecting shit. But at least they're trying to listen to player feedback this time, I suppose. Hopefully the trend continues
But that new Breakout episode looks FIRE. Running on Longan's back? It's peak, I'm afraid. And speaking of peak

OUGH MY HEART THEY'RE SO BEAUTIFUL AAAAAGJVKSGAKEAHWHDHSKANAHEH I don't know which costume I like more, honestly. Ovenbreak art team killing it once again (I do like Longan's lobby a bit more than Lychee's though. I'm a big sucker for Asian-inspired architecture and visuals)
As for what I want to happen in the story... My big bad wish has always been this: I want Longan Dragon to surrender. I've wanted this for ages. I think it would be a lot more thematically powerful if Longan chose to stand down and cease his machinations of his own accord. Not because he's suddenly gained any love or empathy for mortals, but because he can't bring himself to destroy the other dragons. Those 4 are his family. They are the only ones who ever meant anything to him. You can tell, underneath his cold personality, that Longan genuinely does care about them, in his own way. It would be more meaningful if Longan decided to put them and their wants first, like family is supposed to do for one another, and let them win. There's no change of heart, there's no sudden realization of the value of life or acceptance of change or anything. Longan just can't (or he can, but he won't) get rid of his family in order to achieve his goal. They're all he has left. In the end, he's doing all of this for them; because he thinks it's what they need most (and because he's a stone-faced tyrant with a disdain for any life that exists outside the sphere of his absolute control, of course). He thinks he's doing them a favor. A service. Just this one time, I want Longan to place THEIR wishes above his own. Maybe it's a silly idea but idk. I like themes about family and sacrifice. It's certainly more interesting than just "everyone bands together and defeats Longan with the power of friendship" lol
Also Gingerbrave better not actually do anything. I'm honestly tired of him being there lol. I'm tired of him being everywhere tbh. He somehow pops up in every story even though it has nothing to do with him really. Go away kid, not everything is about you
#i actually wrote a fic about Longan surrendering on purpose haha. he pretended to lose naturally when in reality he threw the fight#let the siblings win and also let them think they won on their own merits. just to make them happy. because Longan really does love them#and then the other dragons eventually wise up and confront him about it. it's a pretty sad story haha#it's on my AO3 somewhere. it was one of my earliest entries. i wrote it while riding the season 9 debut high lol#also I just want more dragon fam interactions in general. they're my favorite group in all of Cookie Run#also also. idk what to think of that new cookie. like at all lol. I'll get back to you guys on that later#also x3 I am not looking forward to trophy race meta being destroyed again. i STILL haven't maxed Stevia Nova's candy#and now there are 2 new ones as part of the buff for 2 legendaries..... sigh#i already spent an embarrassing amount on Pitaya's and Ananas's candies last year don't do this to me again#regardless i am HYPED my blood is PUMPING my dragon gang is BACK#i actually didn't think they'd bring the next dragon update so soon haha. i thought they'd make us wait longer#I'm sad that this will be the end... this has been the big overarching plot in OB. what will they do afterwards? Dark Enchantress?#idk I'm just gonna miss the dragon storyline it was always my favorite. one last hurrah#cookie run#cookie run ovenbreak#longan dragon cookie#lychee dragon cookie#crob spoilers#merchant asks

James Coburn, with his unmistakable presence and steely blue eyes, embodied the essence of Hollywood cool. Tall, lean, and effortlessly charismatic, he became a staple of action and adventure films during the height of his career, carving out a niche as the rugged antihero with an enigmatic edge. Though his screen image exuded confidence and control, Coburnâs path to stardom was anything but smoothâand the challenges he faced only added depth to the characters he portrayed.
Born on August 31, 1928, in the small town of Laurel, Nebraska, Coburnâs early years were shaped by the hardship of the Great Depression. That tough upbringing instilled in him a resilience and grit that would later define both his life and his performances. Drawn to storytelling and performance, he pursued acting at Los Angeles City College before continuing his studies under the legendary Stella Adler in New York. Early television roles introduced audiences to his striking features and resonant voice, but it was his breakthrough in 1960âs *The Magnificent Seven* that put him on the map.
As Britt, the knife-wielding gunslinger of the ensemble, Coburn turned minimal dialogue into a memorable performance. Sharing the screen with titans like Steve McQueen and Yul Brynner, he stood out through sheer presence and precision. It was a star-making role, one that positioned him as a new kind of action starâcool, understated, and quietly dangerous.
Coburn followed his breakout with a string of films that showcased his range. In the 1966 spoof *Our Man Flint*, he played secret agent Derek Flint with a satirical flair that poked fun at the James Bond phenomenon while still delivering charisma in spades. Audiences loved the mix of charm and irreverence, and Coburn proved he could lead both action flicks and comedies with equal ease. Throughout the 1960s and early 70s, he became one of the industryâs most reliable leading men, unafraid to take risks or embrace unusual roles.
But fame didnât shield him from pain. In the 1970s, Coburn was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis, a condition that caused excruciating pain and drastically limited his mobility. For much of the next two decades, acting became a struggle. Though he made occasional appearances, the disease kept him from working at full capacity. Yet Coburn never gave in. He explored alternative treatments, including natural medicine and lifestyle changes, eventually experiencing significant relief that allowed him to return to his craft.
His comeback was powerful. In 1997, Coburn delivered a raw, devastating performance as the violent, emotionally damaged father in *Affliction*. The role earned him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actorâproof not only of his talent but of his perseverance. It was a performance that reflected his own battles, full of pain, honesty, and emotional depth.
Off-screen, Coburn lived with a passion for life that matched his on-screen intensity. He had a love for classic carsâhis prized Ferrari would one day become one of the most expensive ever sold at auction. He also studied martial arts and was close friends with Bruce Lee, whose philosophy and discipline left a lasting impression on him. Coburn credited Lee with helping him develop a greater sense of focus, both in his personal life and his craft.
His gravelly baritone made him a popular choice for narration and voice-over work in his later years. Whether in a film, a documentary, or even a commercial, Coburnâs voice carried authority, wisdom, and a hint of mischief. Even as his health fluctuated, he remained a commanding presenceâstoic, dignified, and never one to chase the spotlight.
Despite his fame, Coburn was deeply respected for his humility and warmth. Colleagues described him as approachable and genuine, someone who preferred meaningful roles over box-office hits. He made choices based on instinct and integrity, often turning down roles that didnât resonate with him personally. That quiet principle set him apart in an industry often driven by compromise.
On November 18, 2002, James Coburn passed away at the age of 74, after suffering a heart attack at his Beverly Hills home. He died peacefully, listening to music with his wife, Paula, by his side. His passing marked the end of an eraâone in which cool confidence and unspoken depth defined a man as much as his talent.
Coburnâs life stands as a tribute to quiet strength and unwavering resolve. He faced illness with courage, approached fame with grace, and brought an undeniable magnetism to every role he played. His legacy endures not just in his films, but in the example he set: that true greatness comes from living authentically, weathering the storms, and leaving behind a life filled with purpose, passion, and art.

âšBODY POSITIVITY âš
I love my body, face, and soul

đđđđđđđđđđđđđđđđ
Today, I want to acknowledge the beauty of humanness.
As a sacred feminine woman, one of the things I practice and teach is body acceptance, love, and connection. I teach and embody the art of loving your true identityâbecause that is what is real, and that is what is sacred.
Letâs begin with the body:
Your stretch marks are road maps to your heart.
Your cellulite is the soft cushion to your bones.
Your bruises reveal where you have lived and let go.
Your body hair is proof that you are always growing.
Your birthmark is your bodyâs signature.
Your wrinkles are the imprint of your humannessâyour expressions etched into time.
Your gray hairs are the sacred accessories of age and wisdom.
Your acne is a signal of your sensitivity, a reminder to treat yourself gently.
Your fatness is the softest, most comforting part of your bodyâs embrace.
Your slenderness is a beautifully carved work of art.
Your hairline frames your face with natural contour.
Your lips carry the gift of your smile.
Your nose brings boldness and character to your features.
Your eyes are the windows to your soulâdeep, perceptive, and wise.
Your hands are your most creative instruments.
Your feet are your grounding force, rooting you into the Earth.
Every part of you tells a story. Every part of you is worthy. Every part of you is sacred.
đȘŸYOUR BODY IS UNIQUE đȘŸ

đžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđžđž
Every person is born with a unique body.
There is no singular body or beauty standardâonly the illusion of control imposed upon our autonomous forms.
Whether you are skinny, thick, chubby, or fat, your body is worthy of loveâevery bit of it.
Not the kind of love that restricts, overworks, or tries to contour itself into something more palatable, but the kind of love that honors the body. That refines where it genuinely desires, that changes only from a place of deep truthânot pressure.
Never let anyone rob you of your glow, your confidence, or your innate beauty.
Beneath your skin lives a heart that beats for you, an endocrine system working tirelessly to protect you, a brain that empowers your ability to live and create.
Your body supports youâevery day, in every form. No matter your shape, size, or color, your body speaks to you:
âYou are worth living. You are worth breathing. You are worthy.â
It wants you here. Present. Alive. Embodied.
Remember: Your body is deeply lovedânow and always.
đȘYOUR FACE IS BEAUTIFUL đȘ

Your face card eats.
Donât let anyone tell you otherwiseâespecially because your nose looks a certain way. Itâs not âugly.â
Itâs your noseâyour ancestorsâ noseâa feature sculpted over generations. A legacy. A story.
Every feature on your face is beautiful.
The things they label as âimperfectionsââthe acne scars, the breakouts, the wrinkles, the thin lips, the wide nose, the pointy ears, the uneven hairlineâthey are what make you extraordinarily beautiful.
These are the markings of a real, living person.
You are the inspiration for artwork.
You are like natureâstunning, wild, and uncurated.
No two trees look exactly alike.
And neither does your face. It is completely, perfectly yours.
You are so beautiful.
You are so handsome.
And you may rarely tell yourself thatâbut itâs true.
Say it out loud. Say it often.
You are beautiful. You are art. You are sacred.

Donât restrict yourself.
Live with the knowing that this is your one life in this one body.
Eat that juicy, delicious mango.
Eat that crisp, hydrating salad.
But alsoâeat that gooey, cheesy pepperoni pizza.
And that ice cream that melts in your mouth and brings you back to childhood.
DONâT FEEL GUILT
đFOR CHANGING YOUR BODY đ

It is okay if you choose to get cosmetic surgery.
Itâs sacred and empowering to admit when thereâs a part of your body you donât fully love.
You donât have to feel guilty or as if youâre going against yourself.
Sometimes, body positivity means doing the very thing that helps you feel more at home in your skin.
You are still loved. Your body still loves you.
Do not feel ashamed of your surgery, or your desire for change.
It is your body.
Claim it as your own.
đSELF- CAREđ

Take care of your body.
Your body loves you unconditionally.
It will do everything it can to keep you alive and will carry you faithfully until your last breath.
Hydrate yourselfâsometimes with mineral water, coconut water, hydration drinks, or fruits.
Take candlelit showers where you embrace your body fully.
Let your tears flow; they release the tension stored within.
Take time to yourself to reconnect with your body.
Give yourself restâa full nightâs rest.
Move your body through dance.
Take walks to free your mind.
Get a massage.
Rub oil into your skin.
Love your body, because it has always loved you.
đ A LETTER TO YOUR đ
BODY
Dear Body,
You are beautifulâan art piece sculpted from ancestral dust and the stars above.
You deserve to be lived in like a home: with comfort, warmth, and peace.
You are the container of my soul, my personality, my deepest layers.
You hold me every day.
Even as I rest, you work tirelesslyâreleasing what no longer serves me and restoring me by morning.
No matter what anyone says, you are precious, sacred, and beautiful.
You deserve a life where you can smile without worrying about how you look.
A life where you wear whatever makes you feel good, no matter your size.
A life where you are honored, not criticized.
You are lovedâalways.

Have a Nice Trip (2 of âŠ)
Meanwhile, in the Batcave
(1 of âŠ)
It was 6 PM. Cold and gloom reigned over the city. Patrols werenât scheduled to start for another 4 hours, but yesterdayâs breakout meant Batman, Nightwing, and Robin were all lingering in the cave.
Mr. Freeze had already celebrated his escape, resulting in the snow storm still hitting the city. Fortunately, he was unlikely to do anything more serious without more planning. The focus was on the far more unpredictable threat.
The screens projected a map of Gotham with various points of interest highlighted. Most of the icons were a distinctive purple. All of Amusement Mile was lit up, with darker spots showing past lairs. Previous locations where Batman fought the Joker were pinpointed in green.
The map looked like a poor forgery of a Jackson Pollock painting. Rather than underlying fractals, tracing the Jokerâs past actions just revealed chaos.
Bruce had been ruminating for hours. He knew it wasnât productive, but any time he considered resting, he found himself in front of the glass memorial case. As always, he sublimated his grief and anger.
Silence was pierced only by keystrokes and shuffled paper. Tim avoided meeting Bruceâs gaze. Again, Bruce knew he should offer some reassurances to his young partner. The stink of blood and taste of ashes filled his throat anytime he tried.
Dick wasnât any better. His clenched jaw perhaps the only thing keeping an argument from breaking out.
Other than bringing down food and drinks, Alfred declined to intervene. Everyone knew he was just as emotionally compromised as Bruce and Dick. Any attempt to reassure them would certainly be heard as falsehoods.
The dark miasma of emotions was finally broken by Oracle.
âOracle to Batcave, I have an update,â the voice sounded confused even with the digital vocoder preventing most inflection.
âCopy Oracle. Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and Agent A in the cave,â Batman responded. âShould we gear up?â
âBatman, the police scanner is buzzing with this and I just got the preliminary report. Jokerâs body was found by Detective Bullock earlier this afternoon. This was kept completely offline until now. Iâm still getting info.â
Alfred groped for a chair before collapsing into it. Tim paused, then slowly began to reorganize the papers in front of him.
Bruce froze entirely while Dick immediately began bouncing on his toes, bleeding off a surge of nervous energy.
Nightwing managed to respond first, âJoker is dead?â
âHis body was discovered in the Bowery near the library. Neck broken, no sign of foul play, no sign of struggle. Sending you a copy now.â
âIf there was no foul play, how was his neck broken?â demanded Tim.
Bruce sat himself in the main control seat and was quickly skimming the report. He summarized: âit appears that the snow hid some debris left over from Two-Faceâs last attack. The Joker slipped or tripped on something and landed awkwardly.â
âAre we supposed to believe that?â Tim asked sarcastically. âThat sounds like the stupidest cover-up imaginable.â
âFalls are the second leading cause of accidental death globally,â Bruce responded blankly.
âSure, but not like, fall on the sidewalk and snap your neck, right?â
Dick interrupted the back and forth, âWho cares? Seriously, who cares if itâs a one-in-a-million type accident? This is amazing.â He dashed over to the floor mats to expend more energy.
âNo camera footage has been found yet, so all we have is Bullockâs report and after-action photos. Sending over the pictures now,â Oracle continued, ignoring Dickâs spontaneous celebrations.
Photos of the scene and Jokerâs body were quickly filling the screens. The alley looked no different than hundreds of others, with perhaps more rubble than typical.
The pictures of the body in situ showed a scene disturbed by multiple people. The head had clearly been moved, probably while checking for life-signs and footprints covered the area. With the continued snowfall it was impossible to tell if the Joker had been alone when he fell.
Blood spatter was inconclusive. The low area of spread indicated that the source was from his face hitting the ground. More angles were needed to be certain though.
Bruce glanced at the medical readings. Temperature from the forensic techs indicated time of death was most likely right before discovery of the body.
âAny suggestion that Bullock could have done this? He found the body so soon after the death, are we sure he didnât have anything to do with it?â
Nightwingâs voice was breathless from exertion when he answered, âHeâs a cop and that was the Joker. Heâd be up for a commendation from everyone. If he shot the Joker on sight he wouldnât even be interrogated as long as there were no hostages at risk. I canât see any reason why he would deny his role.â
Bruce grunted in pained acknowledgment.
Tim peered over the screen with Bullockâs report. âWhat about the person who waved Bullock down?â
Oracleâs voice was thoughtful, âyou think someone killed the Joker, then immediately flagged down a cop?â
âIt would be a good cover,â Tim defended.
âBetter than just leaving the body where it might not be discovered for days? Where the snow could cover it?â countered Dick.
âThe cold might preserve evidence,â mused Bruce. âThis could have been a way to make certain the scene was immediately contaminated.â
Oracle read aloud from the report, âpedestrian standing outside the alley waved me down. Description: male, mid-teen, approximately 6 ft, medium skin tone, light eyes, hair covered by red hoodie. Teen stated he spotted purple in the snow and didnât want to get closer. Expressed worry that it was a trick. Witness stayed behind the corner of the alley while I approached the body. Cursory inspection using gloves found no pulse or breathing. Initial identification of the Joker. Individual footprints difficult to spot, but no indication of drag marks or scuffling. After speaking with an EMT, witness left without further communication.â
Before Bruce could interrupt, Oracle continued, âaddendum: I saw no person in the alley or exiting the alley. Witness was outside the alley. No other pedestrians on the street. No camera coverage of far end of the alley, possible exit point for any other witnesses or victims.â
Bruce hummed quietly, âletâs see if we can track down the witness, but keep it very quiet. I donât want any of Jokerâs surviving people to get to him.
Oracle, Robin, see if we canât spot him on cameras outside the immediate area. Tall and in a red hoodie isnât a lot to go on, but itâs something.â
âYou think the kid did something?â Asked Tim softly.
âNo, a young teen vs. the Joker?â Bruce suppressed the memories of his own sonâs fate under those circumstances. âI think it more likely that a potential killer exited the far side of the alley. But he may have witnessed something and not even realized the significance.â
Again Dick interjected, âor, and hear me out, this really was an accident. One that went in Gothamâs favor for once. The kid literally saw a pile of purple clothing, freaked out like most Gothamites would, but was still contentious enough to tell someone.â
It seemed soâŠunlikely. The idea that the Joker was brought down not for his crimes, but in a simple mishap itched at him. Truthfully, he almost resented the idea that the Jokerâs suffering was over.
But so was Gothamâs suffering if this really was the Joker. His sonâs memory could live in peace without the shadow of his murderer hanging over them all.
âSave the footage but make it low priority,â Bruce finally relented.
âGood,â Oracle responded, âsounds like the kid was already freaking out. No reason to hang a target on his back.â
The three vigilantes in the cave fell into contemplative silence as they reviewed the rest of the photos and reports. It was amazing how much work could be done in the few hours since the body was found.
Initial fingerprint analysis matched as did anthropometric assessments.
The body had clearly been taken to a lab with biological and chemical containment equipment. All personnel were in complete PPE with no skin exposed.
The post-mortem external exam showed only facial abrasions and the clearly broken neck. Examination of the skin revealed the characteristic bleaching, with no sign of makeup or recent changes.
Tim pulled up medical intake photos from Arkham as well as mugshots so they could compare them to the exam photos. âIt has been less than 24 hours since the breakout. Batman, unless there was a lot of work done in advance, I donât think Joker could have put together a body-double this quickly. Certainly not one who matches fingerprints as well.â
Pictures of the stripped clothing revealed a mixture of weapons and chemical agents. Nothing out of keeping with the clownâs usual load-out. Bruce was quietly grateful that there was no crowbar found with the body.
Oracleâs voice broke the silence. âA judge just issued an emergency order. The body is to be treated under the same rules as those for Viral Hemorrhagic Fever outbreaks.â
âWhat does that mean?â Tim asked.
âImmediate cremation without autopsy,â answered Bruce.
âThere is concern about what Joker might have been exposed to or have brewing in his corpse.â Oracle added, âwith an obvious cause of death, Judge Wigzell ruled that it is in the publicâs interest to limit the threat of contamination. He also ordered that the entire process be recorded and released to minimize public confusion.â
âCan we stop it?â Bruce demanded. âSurely there needs to be a thorough investigation.â
âWe have no standing to intervene,â Oracle answered. âWe canât even admit knowing about this without revealing we illegally breached the records.â
At best we may get access to the samples being taken, blood, hair, saliva, and tissue. They are being kept locked down in biocontainment level 4.â
A long pause, then Oracleâs emphatic assertion followed. âI will not aid in any attempt that would breach the biocontainment. Any request will need to go through proper channels.â
Dick placed a hand lightly on Bruceâs shoulder. Startled since he hadnât seen his sonâs approach, Bruceâs lightly covered Dickâs hand with his own. He could feel his sonâs fingers shaking slightly. Dick said, âother than confirming identification, I donât think we should be part of this. Let Gotham see this all in the light.â
âThere will be a public outcry,â Bruce snapped. âMoving this quickly looks like a cover-up.â
Tim frowned, âWill there be an outcry? Really? No one is going to openly complain about his body being destroyed other than maybe Harley.â He shook his head, âNightwing is right. They are recording each step. We can check to confirm the identity of the body, but I donât think we should do anything to interfere.â
Bruce began to speak when he was interrupted. Still sitting down, face lined with grief, Alfredâs voice was quiet but firm. âNo. This is literally the justice system at work. There was a court order and they are trying to be transparent. We cannot claim to trust the system when imprisoning the Joker and then demand our own rules at this stage.â
âThe Joker is dead. I for one applaud that his final act had no audience and that he died alone in a cold alley. If youâll excuse me, I will be upstairs.â
âIâll keep an eye on the investigation and let you know if anything unusual crops up, Oracle out.â
âWhatâs the game plan Batman?â Dick asked.
âYou just told me not to invest-â
âNot that. Once this is public, the whole city will be celebrating. How do we want to cover this?â
Bruce appeared at a loss, âyou really think it will be public? A man did die.â
âNo,â Dickâs voice was sharp, âthe Joker died. He intentionally left his humanity behind years ago. There will absolutely be open parties.â
Bruce shook off his own assumptions and nodded, âyouâre right. Letâs put together an action plan. They wonât be able to keep this quiet for more than 24 hours. No patrol tonight. We need to be fully rested for tomorrow.
Dick, we will need to make a statement. Dickie Wayne is absolutely not allowed to lead a parade.â
Dickâs laugh was half a sob, âfine, but Iâm going to announce that weâre paying the tab for all chili hot dog stands and ice cream parlors in the city for three days after the announcement.â
Tim shyly asked, âfor Jason?â
âYes.â When Bruce opened his mouth to argue, Dick snapped, âIâm doing this and you donât get to stop me Bruce.â
After his other boys had left, Bruce approached the memorial case again. Maybe he could bring himself to remove the plaque. The battle against the Joker at least had no need for more soldiers.

Breaking News
With Theophilus Harlow's escape from Azkaban and Victor Rookwood's continued sightings, Hogwarts goes into lockdown, thwarting her and Natty's plans for justice. As they secretly plot their escape, Ominis and Poppy, sensing their friends' reckless determination, decide to intervene.
Word Count: 795 words
The Great Hall, usually a cacophony of cheerful chatter, held a tense stillness. The morning sunlight, filtered through the stained-glass windows, cast long, distorted shadows across the tables, mirroring the unease that settled over the students. A hush fell as the daily owls arrived, their wings rustling like dry leaves.
The Daily Prophet, clutched in many trembling hands, screamed a headline: "AZKABAN BREAKOUT! THEOPHILUS HARLOW ESCAPES!" The accompanying photograph, grainy and dark, showed a shadowy figure, unmistakably Harlow, his face twisted in a cruel sneer.
A shared, unspoken dread passed between her and Natty. They exchanged a glance, a silent acknowledgment of the danger that had resurfaced.
"We have to do something," Natty said, her jaw tigh.
She cast a brief, awkward glance towards Ominis, who was sitting with Poppy at a table across the hall, a noticeable distance from their usual spot. She noticed Poppy looking at her, her brow frowned already knowing what her friend was thinking about, she avoided her gaze.
Natty's voice dropped to a conspiratorial whisper. "We need to find Harlow," she said, her eyes flashing with determination. "Bring him back to justice."
"Agreed," the protagonist replied, her voice firm. "But we also need to deal with Rookwood."
She had been keeping a vigilant eye on the news lately, desperately searching for any trace of Rookwood's whereabouts. But beyond interviews with terrified villagers and vague sightings, there was nothing concrete. No logical path she could follow, no discernible pattern in the scattered appearances narrated by the reporters. Every free moment she snatched from classes or studying was spent poring over maps, cross-referencing reports, and even venturing out to secluded spots around the highlands, hoping for a sign. She felt a deep, burning need for justice, a score to settle. The nightmares she'd endured for weeks after the day she thought she had murdered him, the lingering scent of ash and burned meat â none of it would be in vain. She wanted to make him suffer for what he had done, to see him locked away in Azkaban, where he would live in a nightmare day and night, just as she had.
Her thoughts were interrupted by the booming voice of Headmaster Black, his figure appearing at the entrance of the Great Hall.
"Students! Students! Please," Black tried to call the students' attention in vain. He pointed his wand to his neck, and now with his voice amplified by magic he said, "Students, I have an important announcement!" his voice echoed through the hall. He ascended the podium, his expression grim. "Due to the confirmed escape of Theophilus Harlow from Azkaban, and the increased sightings of Victor Rookwood in the Highlands, by the recommendation of Officer Singer, I must inform you that all Hogsmeade excursions are suspended indefinitely."
A wave of groans and protests erupted from the students. "Hogwarts and its grounds is now on lockdown," Black continued, his voice cutting through the noise. "Any student found outside the castle grounds will be placed in detention. No flying is permitted, with the exception of scheduled flying classes."
"What about the Quidditch Cup?!" Imelda Reyes's voice rang out, her frustration palpable.
"Quidditch games and authorized practices are still permitted," Black replied, his voice laced with annoyance. He inwardly cursed the Ministry's insistence on reviving the Quidditch Cup, a concession meant to appease the students and bolster regional morale. Some of the students cheered. "But," Black announced, a sneer twisting his lips, a triumphant gleam in his eye, "all brooms will be stored in the Quidditch storage room. No student is allowed to fly out of Quidditch practice or official games."
"Well, Black just complicated things a bit, huh?" Natty muttered, a wry smile playing on her lips.
"We'll figure it out," she replied, her mind already racing with possibilities.
The following days were a tense dance of observation and planning. Natty and her became masters of subtle glances and hushed conversations, their attempts to find an escape route thwarted at every turn, from enchanted locks that defied their most intricate spells to unexpected patrols. Teachers seemed to materialize at every exit, their eyes sharp and vigilant. Even Mr. Moon, with his uncanny ability to appear in multiple places at once, became a formidable obstacle.
"Mr. Moon is guarding the West Tower exit," Natty reported, her voice laced with frustration.
"That's odd," the protagonist replied, "I just saw him at the Viaduct entrance."
"Do you think he's allowed to Apparate inside the castle?" Natty asked, a hint of amusement in her voice.
"Or maybe he has a twin" the protagonist mused.
"And Peeves," Natty added, "he's been insufferable. Dropping suits of armor, making ear-splitting noises... every time I get near an exit."
"Don't even mention it," she groaned. "He nearly gave me a heart attack the other day, just as I was heading to the library."
They had to abruptly interrupt their hushed conversation because Ominis was walking their way. He sensed their unease, their guarded glances, and the way their voices dropped to a whisper when he came near. He exchanged a look with Poppy, a silent question passing between them.
Later, over tea in the Great Hall, Poppy turned to Ominis, her voice low, though he kept his gaze fixed straight ahead. "Have you noticed something... off about them lately?" She gestured subtly with her teacup towards Natty and her, who were once again engaged in a hushed conversation across the hall.
Ominis scoffed, trying to sound nonchalant. "So? They can sort out their own... issues. It's probably nothing." But he shifted slightly in his seat, his ears straining to catch a word of their conversation.
Poppy pursed her lips, unconvinced. "Iâm serious Ominis. The way they've been whispering, darting glances... it's like they're planning something."
Ominis set his teacup down with a sharp click, the sound slightly louder than intended. "Something reckless, I fear," he admitted, his voice low, the forced indifference gone. "They wouldn't be foolish enough to try and leave the castle, would they?"
Poppy's eyes widened. "With Harlow and Rookwood on the loose? And Black's lockdown?"
Ominis grimaced. "They are foolish enough, aren't they?..." he asked sarcasm "That won't deter them..."
Poppy sighed. "No, it won't. Especially not Natty. She's always been... determined. And you know how stubborn our 'Hero of Hogwarts' is," she said throwing air quotes in the air, with worry showing on her own voice.
Ominis fell silent for a moment, a muscle ticking in his jaw. He did know. And the thought of her, especially, walking into danger again... it stirred a cold dread in his gut, a feeling he recognized all too well from his past with Sebastian. "And she has a score to settle with Harlow," he added, his voice grim. They're acting recklessly.
"They're both too headstrong" Poppy agreed, her gaze fixed on their friends, who were now huddled over a piece of parchment, their voices barely audible. "We can't let them do something stupid."
"Maybe we should keep a close eye on them," Ominis said, still faking nonchalance. "We can't let them put themselves in danger. Not again."
"Agreed," Poppy replied, a determined glint in her eyes. "We'll stick to them like a Niffler to a Galleon."
Ominis sighed, rolling his eyes slightly at Poppy's creature metaphor. A familiar, almost fond exasperation bubbled up â pure Poppy, he thought, a faint smile touching his lips beneath the feigned annoyance. He was genuinely weary of Sebastian's constant trouble-seeking, and now his new friend, with whom he was barely speaking, was following suit, egged on by Natty. Even furious with her, he couldn't help but worry. He knew her reckless streak was simply her, and despite his frustration, he acknowledged a grudging affection for that very stubbornness. "They're testing my patience. I swear Poppy, sometimes I wonder if they enjoy causing trouble."

This literally popped up in my head after I finished that 'in the tags' post lmao. So....here's what no one asked for: Big CityTM reporter Dan and Country Boy Max
Daniel is a up and coming reporter for the local paper in the city. He had a really great breakout peace that garnered him a lot of attention from his peers and the editor in chief for his paper. The problem was that Danielâs editor hadnât wanted to run his story and a story got scrubbed last minute.
To punish him for being good, Daniel gets assigned to interview this guy a few towns over who claimed to see an UFO. Danielâs livid, he knows whats going on but he canât say no. Heâll go to this stupid town, interview this guy and write a fucking thesis on the sighting.Â
So he goes, jumps in his Raptor that was a bit of a splurge but it makes him happy. He pulls up to this smaller town by about lunch time, the address heâs given is this almost cabin like house on the edge of a cattle farm property.
He knocks on the door and this older man with a punchable face opens it, Daniel recognises the âthe fuck do you want?â face immediately. He gets it a lot as a journalist.
âGood afternoon, my nameâs Daniel Ricciardo. I work with [insert big city newspaper here]. Iâm here to ask about the sighting?â
Eventually he meets Max after Jos grumbles for a bit and complains about âfuckin aliensâ. Daniel thinks Max is cute, in a very stocky country strong type of way. But heâs also about to interview him about seeing a UFO soooo âŠyeah.
Max has them walking around the edge of the farm and is talking to him about the sighting, that it was a weird light in the sky, no sound, no wind, some kinda pressure in the atmosphere that made the animals spooked.
Daniel picks up that Max doesnât truly care about the whole UFO aspect of it all, he just cared about how it affected the animals. So Daniel tells him, like he gets it, its kinda weird but theres not really a story here.
âWhat? Because I didnât get taken on their ship and fucked in the ass its not a story?â Max was deadpan and Daniel was shocked for 1.5 seconds before he bowls over laughing. He doesnât see it, but Max is cheesing that he made him laugh.Â
âI wasnât the only one to see it, you can ask Alex.â
In journalism, 2 sources are more concrete than one, so against his better judgement, Daniel agrees to meet this Alex. Turns out there were several people who admitted to seeing the same thing Max did and Danielâs still skeptical but heâs aware that something must have happened.
His investigative journalist brain has been pinged, he has an itch to get to the bottom of this. So he calls up his editor and says hes staying out there for a few more days. He books a room in the motel nearby.
He and Max end up spending a lot of time together because Max was his first point of contact and knew everyone in the town. He could wrangle people and animals. Danielâs also realizing that the longer he spends around Max the more heâs captivated by him. He truly wasnât the dumb farm boy Daniel had initially pegged him as.
At the same time, Daniel is knee deep in all sorts of secrets about this town. His UFO story gained like three extra branches because this town has apparently been a hot bed for weird activity. And he enlists Max to help him sort it all out.
Theyâre working late one night in Danielâs hotel room looking over maps and they kiss for the first time. They have sex in Danielâs room surrounded by books and maps of the townâs history.
Daniel eventually goes back to the big cityTM and writes a killer of a story that gets a place on the front page with spillover on page 4. He gets a lot of interview requests and his career takes off. He gets invited on an interview in another big city for a nationwide news agency and bumps into Max who looks good. Daniel canât help but think how nicely he cleans up.Â
Theyâre interviewed together and they kill it and people love their chemistry or whatever people look for in interviews. Daniel invites Max for dinner and they have sex in Maxâs hotel room. And then they get together and live happily ever after.
#I have no explanation here lmao#this is my brain offloading after finishing 2wrecked2furious lolol#max/daniel#maxiel

What Jane Austen Taught Me About Running Zoom Meetings
Many of our social interactions happen digital these days, even âface-to-faceâ ones like Zoom meetings. Itâs still just not the same as in-person, whether for meetings, a book club, or just to hang out. There must be a better way to gather digitally. I think a big piece of why digital isnât working is that we donât have social norms there.
Social norms are what make a conversation flow smoothly. You see it in how close you stand or sit together, how you take turns, and in the type of space you choose. Basic videoconferencing has none of this: we canât control distance, audio lags or mutes, and itâs almost always the same black screen of videos from job interviews to birthday parties.
Some tools try to mimic in-person social interactions and norms in digital meeting spaces, kind of like a video game. Each person has an avatar that moves around a digital space and hears nearby conversation. The word for directly recreating things or experiences into digital tools is skeuomorphism. Itâs easy for people to learn because itâs just like the other familiar version. But it also can point out the ways that digital just canât be the same as in-person. Making a videogame-like social event does bring some social norms into that digital conversation, but it also reminds us that we arenât in person, we canât shake hands, we look at the whole room like a map instead of from our eyes.
So digital doesnât work and just mimicking in-person doesnât make it all intuitively work. So Iâm going to look for new social norms.
Actually, Iâm going to look for really old ones.
~~~
Regency era England definitely had well-established social norms. Think Jane Austenâs books, like Pride and Prejudice, or Netflixâs Bridgerton. The middle and upper classes of that time easily knew what to expect from each other and what would be expected of them just from where they were and what was going on, thanks to social rules and etiquette. At least some of these social norms feel overly strict to a modern eye. And this is actually what I was looking for with digital social norms. Computer rules are also very, very strict (eventually itâs all 1s and 0s). They donât give us wiggle room within the rules. In a lecture, you shouldnât talk, but you can whisper to the friend next to you. But try whispering in a Zoom meeting while muted. So what can Jane Austenâs social norms give digital meeting spaces? I have 3 ideas to start.
~~~
1. Being a host is a social job, not tech support
The host of Regency ball had little in common with a Zoom host. On Zoom, hosting is muting and unmuting attendees, managing recording, and placing avatars in different rooms; tech support. Being a Regency host was social, they greeted each person on arrival, introduced them people they should know, and generally showed them what the ball had to offer. And this was before they entered the ball.
I think it would be nice to not just appear in a sea of black squares, not knowing who was there and not knowing if conversation had already started. Imagine a one-on-one greeting between you and an organizer who took you to a small group of peers and introduced you, or brought you to the full group after explaining that people are waiting for the actual book club to start but can join breakout rooms to chat in the meantime.
~~~
2. Dancing lets us get to know each other and the group
Donât worry, I am not going to ask you to dance in Zoom. Like I said, Iâm not here for skeuomorphism. But a major reason for dancing at balls (you know, besides it was fun) was a chance for two people to chat one-on-one and for the larger community to know who was chatting with who. Everyone saw who was dancing not just by looking at the dance floor, but also by looking at peopleâs dance cards (which they carried or hung on their wrist) and seeing whose name was written for each dance.
Hybrid teams struggle to get to know each other because they mostly communicate through text or in team meetings with little time for social chatting. Us remote workers miss having a space to just talk, not about work or anything in particular. We could make digital meeting spaces that use voice chat to let pairs of people quickly connect and talk, and use a digital dance card to let the group see whoâs been chatting with who.
~~~
3. Candles set the stage and expectations
Little details at a Regency ball could give important cues to attendees. The length of the candles burning in the rooms would tell people how long the ball was expected to last and that told them what was available at the ball. Short candles? A few hours of dancing and some food. Long candles? Settle in for a long night and look for places to take a break with card games or other amusement.

Digital meetings spaces are entirely missing this. Zoom always looks the same! It doesnât matter if Iâm playing a game with my family or presenting a progress report. The skeuomorphism can help here to bring in the same cues we have in person; make the background a living room for game night or an office for the presentation. But sometimes that just reminds us that weâre not in a living room together and might make the video uncanny. I want digital meeting places to have dĂ©cor cues that are all their own. Because digital meeting spaces are not just replacements for in person ones. Theyâre something new and I want us to really explore what we can do with them.

Xbox Adaptive Controller Hub

A dedicated page for information on the Xbox Adaptive Controller. Continuously updated. A more detailed breakdown is available past the jump.
Useful links:
Video guides to using the XAC by the MS Gaming Accessibility Team: Detailed visual breakdown on how to use the various XAC features, easier to parse and find info than the dedicated support pages.
Xbox Adaptive Controller Input Device Specifications: Specs on how exactly the ports on the XAC are wired, what inputs are supported, and how they connect to TRS and TRRS connectors. Useful for making custom switches/potentiometer based devices for the XAC.
OVERVIEW The Xbox Adaptive Controller is essentially a hub for pairing multiple input devices into a which output as a regular Xbox controller. The advantage of this is more flexibility in what devices and games you can connect to, without a reliance on separate software.
For example, you could use the USB inputs on the side to attach joysticks to emulate each analog stick, with other individual buttons controller by various other styles and sizes of switch.
Because this is a hardware solution, it can also be used on various other platforms by using converters. For example, you could use a Mayflash Magic S adapter to play on Switch or PS4.
The various 3.5mm jacks on the back also correspond to various inputs, so they can be switched on the fly by simply plugging them into a different port. Each of these ports can also be reassigned using the Xbox Accessories app on Windows or Xbox, and up to three profiles saved to the controller itself--not including the default, unchanged profile.
USB Port Mappings
There are two USB ports, one on either side, and which one you plug a controller into will decide which analog stick it is mapped to, and what the corresponding buttons do. Controllers must be D-Input/HID joystick protocol, meaning no Xbox controllers or controllers reading as x-input are supported. PS4 devices are also generally not supported, though if it has a PS3 compatibility option that may work.
The first 8 assigned buttons will be mapped automatically. These buttons can be remapped, but there will be some overlap on each USB port, and the available buttons CANNOT be reassigned. You'll want to know which buttons are available beforehand. Directional hatswitches/dpads will also not be assigned, unless they read as individual buttons.
The default mappings are show below.

You can see that each side shares the X1, X2, Menu, and View buttons, though with each flipping the 1,2 and 7,8 assignments.
NOTE: Reassigning the Menu and View buttons will NOT reassign the corresponding buttons on the XAC unit itself. So if you're ok accessing those buttons through the hub you can essentially treat those as two extra wild card buttons (X1 and X2 are the other wild cards).
Supported USB Controllers:
A list of controllers I've personally found to work with the XAC.
-8bitdo Lite 2: left analog, face buttons and shoulder buttons available. Triggers unmapped. (8Bitdo Lite does not work).
-Brook Fightboard PCBs: XB Fighting Board not compatible. PS4 compatible PCBs can be used by assigning the directions to Left Stick and making sure it boots up in PS3 mode.
-GP2040ce Advanced Breakout Board. Can be used by assigning the directions to Left Stick and making sure it boots up in Dinput mode.
-Logitech X52 HOTAS: analog axis, trigger, pinky and top buttons, as well as T1/T2 buttons detected. No twist axis or hat switches. Must be plugged into throttle to function, but no buttons or axes on the throttle are detected.
-Saitek AV8R-01 HOTAS PS3 Edition: analog axis, trigger, top buttons as well as T1-4 detected. No twist axis or hat switches.
-Thrustmaster T16000 HOTAS: analog axis, trigger, top buttons as well as the top button row on the left side, and rightmost button on the row below are detected. Function buttons can be switched by toggling the left/right handed switch on the bottom of the stick.

Advanced Solutions for Hormonal Pimples and Scalp Acne in Cheras, Subang Jaya, and Puchong
Struggling with stubborn pimples that just wonât go away? Whether itâs painful bumps on your face or irritating scalp breakouts, these skin issues often point to deeper causes like hormonal imbalance or clogged follicles. Fortunately, clinics in Cheras, Subang Jaya, and Puchong now offer targeted, advanced therapies that go beyond ordinary treatments to deliver lasting results.
Hormonal pimples and scalp acne are not just surface problemsâthey often stem from internal disruptions and require specialized care. With the rise in medical-grade skin therapies in Malaysia, there are now proven solutions for both conditions, right in your local area.
What Causes Hormonal Pimples?
Hormonal pimples are typically caused by changes in hormone levels, particularly an increase in androgens that stimulates excess oil production. This leads to clogged pores, inflammation, and painful cyst-like breakouts, especially around the chin, jawline, and cheeks.
Unlike common acne, hormonal breakouts often resist over-the-counter products. For people in the Cheras area, tailored hormonal pimple treatment in Cheras has become increasingly effective thanks to the use of carbon laser therapyâa cutting-edge method that targets deep skin layers without damaging the surface.
Carbon laser therapy not only clears clogged pores and removes bacteria but also regulates oil production and minimizes inflammation, making it ideal for hormonal acne sufferers.
Customized Treatments for Subang Jaya Residents
If you're based in Subang Jaya, you're in good hands. Clinics here offer some of the most advanced dermatological care in Malaysia. Local professionals have begun using multi-step approaches that integrate medical skincare, laser therapy, and hormonal balancing to effectively treat acne that originates from internal factors.
The hormonal pimple treatment in Subang Jaya uses carbon laser procedures tailored specifically for hormone-induced acne. This non-invasive method deeply exfoliates the skin, shrinks enlarged pores, and reduces sebum levels, all while improving skin texture and tone.
What sets this treatment apart is its ability to target active acne while also preventing future outbreaks by regulating oil glandsâan essential step for long-term skin clarity.
The Often Overlooked Issue of Scalp Pimples
Scalp pimples may not be as visible as facial acne, but they can be just as uncomfortable. They typically result from clogged follicles, trapped sweat, or product buildupâsometimes worsened by hormonal changes or scalp sensitivity.
In Cheras, advanced scalp pimples treatment in Cheras is gaining popularity due to its combination of deep follicular cleansing and targeted acne therapy. One of the most effective protocols used is the SSGM-9 Acne Program, a multi-stage solution that includes deep cleansing, bacteria control, and light therapy.
By treating the root causes of follicular blockage and inflammation, this program helps restore healthy scalp conditions, reduce irritation, and even encourage hair growth in affected areas.
Effective Care in Subang Jaya for Scalp Acne
Scalp acne isnât just limited to Cherasâpeople in Subang Jaya face this issue too, often without realizing that professional help is available. Fortunately, clinics in the area have begun implementing advanced treatment protocols tailored for the scalp.
The scalp pimples treatment in Subang Jaya includes medical scalp mapping, targeted cleansing techniques, and therapeutic serums designed to calm inflammation and prevent follicular congestion.
This approach focuses on both current breakouts and the long-term health of the scalp. Patients typically notice reduced tenderness and irritation after just a few sessions, along with improved scalp hygiene and fewer recurrences of acne.
Puchongâs Rising Demand for Scalp Acne Solutions
Residents of Puchong are also turning to professional skincare centers to address scalp breakouts that over-the-counter shampoos fail to resolve. Often mistaken for dandruff or allergic reactions, scalp pimples need specialized treatment that goes deep into the hair follicles.
The scalp pimples treatment in Puchong, based on the SSGM-9 Acne Program, is specifically designed for resistant or recurring cases. It incorporates anti-bacterial cleansing, oil regulation therapy, and LED light therapy to create a healthy scalp environment.
By eliminating the bacteria and sebum buildup that often lead to acne, this program offers long-term results without relying on harsh medications. It's also suitable for sensitive skin types, making it a safe and effective solution for teens and adults alike.
Benefits of Seeking Professional Acne Treatment
While it may be tempting to treat pimples with home remedies or drugstore products, chronic acne conditionsâwhether on the face or scalpâusually require a medical-grade approach. Hereâs why professional treatment stands out:
Personalized Care: Treatments are tailored to your skin and hormonal profile.
Advanced Technology: Methods like carbon laser therapy and the SSGM-9 program offer precise, targeted results.
Long-Term Solutions: Professional care doesnât just mask symptomsâit resolves underlying causes.
Safety and Monitoring: Trained practitioners monitor your progress and adjust protocols as needed.
Minimal Downtime: Non-invasive treatments allow you to return to daily life quickly.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
When you first visit a skin specialist for acne or scalp treatment, you'll undergo a thorough consultation. This may include a skin or scalp analysis, medical history review, and possibly hormone assessments. Based on this, your treatment plan may include one or more therapies such as carbon laser, SSGM-9, or prescription topicals.

âSkin Doctor In Karurâ â The First Person Who Truly Sees Your Skin
When you walk into a room full of people, whatâs the first thing they notice? Your smile? Maybe. Your clothes? Possibly. But your skin? Always.
Yet, in Karur, thousands walk around covering up their skin stories â breakouts, rashes, flaky patches, uneven tones â as if silence will somehow make it disappear. But skin doesnât work like that. Skin speaks. And it needs someone who listens.
That someone? A Skin Doctor in Karur who doesnât just diagnose⊠but understands.
Behind Every Cream Is a Cry for Help
From school-going teens to new mothers, from farmers to office workers â everyoneâs skin is fighting something. Dust. Heat. Water quality. Stress. And the worst part? Most people try to fix it themselves.
They run to local pharmacies. Try every âpaati vaithiyam.â Switch face washes every week. But healing isnât guesswork â itâs science, strategy, and above all, care.
A recent clinic study revealed that 60% of people in small towns like Karur only see a dermatologist after 8â12 months of self-treatment. By then, simple issues have become complex, and confidence has already taken a hit.
The Power of the Right Doctor
A good Skin Doctor in Karur doesnât just ask âWhatâs the problem?â They ask:
When did it start?
Are you stressed?
What products are you using?
How is your diet?
Because skin doesnât act alone â it reflects everything else. The right doctor helps you map the root cause and gives you a plan thatâs not just medical, but livable.
And this is where Sanjay Rithik Hospital quietly makes a difference. With its holistic consultations, skin-type analysis, and targeted treatments, their dermatologists help patients move from trial-and-error to targeted healing.
A Doctor Who Doesnât Just Heal â But Teaches You How to Care
A real expert doesnât just treat you and send you home. They educate. They guide you through:
building a daily routine,
avoiding over-the-counter product abuse,
Understanding sun care and hydration,
and preparing for different skin needs across seasons.
Because when youâre equipped with the right knowledge, you donât just fix the problem. You prevent it from returning.
You Deserve to Be Seen â Clearly
Skin problems arenât just about looks. They affect how you walk into interviews, weddings, festivals, and even your own mirror. The confidence you lose along the way? That can be rebuilt â step by step, visit by visit.
And it all begins with one decision: Meeting the right Skin Doctor in Karur.

Before the Breakout: How to Identify and Treat Pre-Acne Skin - Part II
June 4th, 2025
Nancy Trent
Once youâve learned to spot the early signs of acne, the next step is understanding why itâs happening and how to intervene in a way that respects the skinâs balance to effectively treat-pre-acne. From tracking blemish history to identifying overlooked lifestyle triggers, todayâs estheticians are digging deeper to help clients prevent breakouts before they begin. A proactive approachâone that considers internal and external factors alikeâcan be the key to maintaining lasting skin clarity and resilience.
Blemish History and Early Signs of Pre-Acne Skin
Understanding a client's blemish history can be key to preventing future breakouts and treating pre-acne. Take note of where and when blemishes tend to appearâwhether it's hormonal breakouts along the jawline, congestion in the T-zone or stress-related flare-ups. Tracking patterns over time can help identify triggers like diet, skin care products or lifestyle habits. This self-awareness allows both professionals and clients to take proactive steps when early warning signs return, rather than waiting for a full breakout to develop.
In part I, we established that the earliest signs of a developing breakout start with subtle shifts in the skin's texture. This early activity beneath the surface isnât just skin-deepâit can often reflect whatâs happening inside the body as well. Cassie Ressler, aesthetic director at Integra Health & Wellness, takes a whole-body approach to skin care, seeking to treat skin from the inside out. âFrom a holistic perspective, acne is often a symptom of systemic inflammation,â she explains. Drawing from traditional Chinese medicine, Ressler uses face mapping to try and interpret how different areas of the skin reflect the health of specific internal organs. Ressler and others like her, look to the location and pattern of breakouts on the face for insight into underlying internal factors. For example, breakouts on the forehead may indicate digestive issues, while blemishes along the jawline might signal hormonal imbalances. By paying attention to these facial zones, some professionals try to better understand the root causes of skin imbalances and tailor treatments to address the bodyâs internal needs.
Lifestyle Factors and Pre-Acne Skin
Lifestyle factors play a powerful but often underestimated role in the development of pre-acne conditions. Habits like stress, poor sleep and diet can quietly influence skin balance and trigger early signs of breakouts, especially for teens. Small, consistent shifts in daily routines can make a noticeable difference in keeping skin calm and clear.
âAthletes, in particular, need to be mindful of their gear,â says Melissa Costanzo, a licensed esthetician at Salma Simjee MD, Dermatology. âHelmets, hats and dirty equipment can trap sweat and bacteria against the skin, leading to congestion. Showering after practice, changing pillowcases regularly and using clean towels all matterâdonât dry your face with the family hand towel!â Consistent hygiene routines make a meaningful difference.
Ressler explains that the gut-skin axis can act as an early warning system, especially when stress or unresolved emotions like frustration or anger trigger an inflammatory response in the body. She encourages clients to check in with themselves daily, asking, âWhatâs causing me stress right now? What do I need to release from today?â Stress can trigger hormonal shifts that increase oil production and inflammation. Managing stress is different for everyone, but itâs worthwhile to explore options. Some people find that gentle exercise like walking or yoga helpful for managing stress. Journaling or therapy might also help with managing difficult emotions. Of course, eliminating stress is an effective way to solve the problem, but isnât always possible in the short term.
Lack of sleep is another issue, which disrupts skin regeneration and repair. A cool, dark, quiet room is essential, while a white noise machine or fan can help lull night owls to sleep. Clients should aim for 8 hours, and adjust as needed. A special note about phones and other electronic devices: their light on our retinas is very disruptive to restful sleep, so people should avoid scrolling for about an hour before bedtime. Also, advise clients to try and have their last meal or snack 2-3 hours before retiring for the evening.
Diet is definitely a factor for many people when it comes to acne prevention and treating pre-acne. Diets high in sugar, dairy and gluten can contribute to congestion in acne-prone individuals. These food sensitivities increase internal mucus production. âSupportive tools like dry brushing and light movement to stimulate lymphatic flow may help reduce inflammation, balance hormones and promote clearer skin over time,â says Ressler. Addressing these factors holistically can help prevent breakouts before they start.
Shirvandehi adds, âChoose complex carbs when possible, rather than simple carbs. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans are excellent. Brown rice instead of white, sweet potatoes rather than russets. The fewer processed foods consumed the better.â Most important are the inflammatory oils. Clients should avoid corn oil, vegetable oil, shortening and canola oil in favor of coconut oil, olive oil, ghee and avocado oil. Butter can also be used in moderation. Even lard, once thought to be the epitome of poor health, is actually fine for frying. All sorts of meat and fish can be eaten, especially fish high in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon.
Staying hydrated, managing stress, getting consistent rest and maintaining a balanced, anti-inflammatory diet can all help reduce the internal triggers that push the skin toward breakouts.
Additional Causes and Treatments for Pre-Acne Skin
Some of the most common causes of skin congestion and irritation are also the most overlooked when treating pre-acne skin. Heavy or occlusive skin care products, dirty makeup brushes and buildup from hair products along the hairline can all contribute to clogged pores. âSkin dehydration and dryness trapped by comedogenic products will continually cause blemishes. Ingredients to watch out for include heavy oils, emollients, silicones and emulsifiers, which can create a film that blocks pores and worsens congestion,â Ressler adds. Under or over-cleansing or exfoliating too often can disrupt the skin barrier, triggering inflammation and compensatory oil production. Environmental stressors like infrequently washed pillowcases or towels, pollution, sweat and even hard water can also quietly aggravate the skin over time. These subtle factors can prime the skin for breakouts long before blemishes become visible.
Costanzo notes how social media trends can tempt clients to try too many products at once, but it's best to patch test and introduce new items one at a time. Many acne treatments contain strong ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, which can irritate when overused. If prescribed something stronger like tretinoin or adapalene, clients should be sure to moisturize and wear sunscreen to avoid dryness and sensitivity. According to Ressler, a great place to start is by treating the gut-skin axis by taking a supplement like Skin Moderneâs i/o Beauti. This can help balance and regulate the inflammatory response in the gastrointestinal tract. âThis is a great place to start so that the skin is not inflamed or irritated, further disrupting the skinâs microbiome. Also hydrationâbalancing the skin barrier helps minimize or prevent the tiny bumps and textural irregularities that lead to acne,â says Ressler.
"Itâs also important to use products without pore cloggers. Just because a product says itâs ânon-comedogenicâ doesnât mean this is true. This term on product packages and advertising is not regulatedâany brand can say basically whatever they want! Seek professional advice when in doubt,â says Shirvandehi. Also, clients should keep in mind that using a gentle moisturizer is better than trying to âdry outâ the acne. Hydrated skin is less likely to break out. It's also crucial to use non-clogging, physical sunscreen daily. Clients should look for zinc and titanium oxide, with an SPF of at least 30, because sun damage can actually exacerbate clogging.
Seeking Treatment for Pre-Acne Skin
Encourage clients to rely on you or a trusted colleague as a resource for treating pre-acne and acne. Acne specialists are equipped to evaluate clients' skin care products and lifestyles. They can help identify and replace any products that don't help keep skin clearer. They'll also have access to the best products designed to keep skin clear, and they've already done the research. This will save time and money in the long run, as consumers wonât be buying products based on TikTok âexperts,â paid influencers or strategically placed store advertisements.Â
